I am a Labour Economist at the OECD in Paris.

My research interests are mainly in the areas of labour economics, health economics and applied microeconometrics. I have worked on topics such as wage differentials, temporary employment, job satisfaction, unions and union threat effects, minimum wages, and income support for lone parents.

My current research focuses on the relationship between technology and the quality and quantity of jobs. The research I conducted on the topic of "job polarisation and job quality" with funding from the ESRC can be found here.
