Manabu Nose is an Associate Professor of Economics, at the Faculty of Economics in Keio University, Japan. Prior to my current position, I worked at the International Monetary Fund's Fiscal Affairs Department and African Department since 2013. I also worked as a Project Associate Professor at the University of Tokyo's Graduate School of Public Policy (GRASPP).
Outside Keio, I am also a visiting research fellow at the University of Tokyo's Center for Research and Education in Program Evaluation (CREPE). I received my Ph.D. in Economics from Brown University.
