Manabu Nose is an economist at the International Monetary Fund's Fiscal Affairs Department.   I am also a visiting research fellow at the University of Tokyo's Center for Research and Education in Program Evaluation (CREPE). Prior to my current position, I was a project associate professor at the University of Tokyo's Graduate School of Public Policy. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from Brown University.
