Emotions Anonymous online meetings

Many of us have suffered various symptoms (anger, fear, sadness, self pity, confusion) of an unmanageable life. Many of us have tried many different things to overcome this uncontrollable living. We seem to be unable to find a solution. We have found ourselves talking to friends, professionals and family about our situation. But nothing seems to change. It wasn’t until we were introduced to Emotions Anonymous that we found a better way of life. EA taught us to focus on a new way of life instead of our problems. It was hard for us to adjust to this way but when we did, things began to change for the better. 

Below are some online meetings that strive to pass on the message of Emotions Anonymous. 

Emotions Anonymous is a fellowship who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their emotional problems. The only requirement for EA membership is a desire to become emotionally well. There are no dues or fees for EA membership. We are self-supporting through our own contributions. Emotions Anonymous is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution, does not wish to engage in any controversy, neither endorses or opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay well emotionally and to help others become emotionally well.
