1. Introduction

IfoEdit is an interesting tool allowing to modify and manipulate ifo-files in very comfortable way. Since version 0.94 it contains also simple but effective DVD authoring function that multiplex m2v video files together with mp2/ac3/dts sound files and sup subtitle files without necessity of using expensive official DVD authoring software.

Following tools (DVD Subtitle Encoder, DVD Subtitle Decoder, DVD Subtitle HTML Viewer) extend this functionality and give you a possibility to create your own multilanguage subtitles to your movies. DVD subtitle encoder converts source text file into DVD subtitle binary files acceptable for IfoEdit.

All tools were developed and tested in Windows 2000 and Windows XP (last change in March 2007).
