Prices include water, gas, electricity, linen, internet ADSL (WIFI), TV, air conditioning, heating.

VISITOR’S TAX

The Municipality of Siena requires the payment of 1 euro per night from November 1^st to March 1^st and 2 euros per night from February 28^th to October 31^st (only for the first 6 nights).
