Amy Elaine Davis has 10 years of experience providing Therapeutic Medical Massage in the Essentia Health chronic pain rehabilitation program. Amy is also skilled in Myofascial Release Therapy, Relaxation, and Deep Tissue Massage.
She has worked as an Integrative Therapist in a chronic pain rehabilitation clinic teaching “mind/body” healing modalities such as yoga, somatics, mindfulness meditation and relaxation techniques.
Amy is present, connected, and tuned into her clients. She is an energy conduit, opening the path so the energy can flow. She holds the space with awareness and presence allowing body and mind to align with inner being.
Amy creates a safe space for massage clients, yoga and fitness participants to let go and simply be in their bodies with acceptance, awareness, and joy!
She loves connecting with people and provide opportunities to experience the mind, body and spirit in a way that may be new, perhaps inviting more ease and flow into their lives.
Amy enjoys water activities in the summer, downhill skiing in the winter. Traveling and experiencing new things delights her. She derives great pleasure from connecting with others.
Amy has 20 years of training and experience leading a variety of land and water exercise classes, including Zumba and Yoga currently.
Amy is passionate about providing easy to follow instruction and modifications to make classes SAFE, FUN, and EFFECTIVE.
She feels passionate about inspiring self care, and exercise as a FUN FEEL GOOD life enhancing activity!
