This is a guide to what the base stats should be of quests that you accept based on your level, in order to maximize exp and stat gain.
The format used for base quest stats will be <base attack> <base strg> <base accy> <base hp>, and the format for weapon stats will be <damage>/<accuracy>.
When you hit level 20, the guide will give options for maximizing money gained from quests, and maximizing exp and stats gained from quests. Since most people maximize EXP and stats, the maximizing money route is less accurate.
Levels 1-2:Do 1 1 1 30 quests with the dagger weapon.
Levels 3-6:Do 1.5 1.5 1.5 30 quests with dagger, or you can do 2 2 2 30 quests using a 5/86 weapon.
Levels 7-10:Do 2 2 2 30 quests using a 5/86 weapon.
Levels 11-15:Do 2 2 2 30 quests using a 7/86 or 8/86 weapon.
Levels 16-20:Do 2 2 2 30 quests using a 10/86 weapon.
Levels 3-6:Do 1.5 1.5 1.5 30 quests with dagger, or you can do 2 2 2 30 quests using a 5/86 weapon.
Levels 7-10:Do 2 2 2 30 quests using a 5/86 weapon.
Levels 11-15:Do 2 2 2 30 quests using a 7/86 or 8/86 weapon.
Levels 16-20:Do 2 2 2 30 quests using a 10/86 weapon.
Maximizing EXP and Stats
Levels 21-30:Do 2 2 2 30 quests using a 10/86 weapon, or 3 3 3 40 quests using a 15/86 weapon.
Levels 31-45:Do 2 2 2 30 quests using a 12/86 weapon, or 3 3 3 45 quests using a 17/86 weapon.
Levels 46-55:Do 2 2 2 30 quests using a 15/86 weapon, or 3 3 3 45 quests using a 20/86 weapon
Levels 56-65:Do 2 2 2 30 quests using a 17/86 weapon, 3 3 3 45 quests using a 22/86 weapon, or 4 4 4 60 quests using a 25/86 weapon.
Levels 66-75:Do 2 2 2 30 quests using a 20/86 weapon, 3 3 3 45 quests using a 25/86 weapon, or 4 4 4 60 quests using a 28/86 weapon.
Levels 76-80:Do 2 2 2 30 quests using a 22/86 weapon, 3 3 3 45 quests using a 27/86 weapon, 4 4 4 60 quests using a 28/86 weapon, or 5 5 5 60 quests using a 32/86 weapon.
Levels 81+:Do 2 2 2 30 quests using a 22/86 weapon, 3 3 3 45 quests using a 30/86 weapon, 4 4 4 60 quests using a 30/86 weapon, or 5 5 5 60 quests using a 35/86 weapon.
Levels 31-45:Do 2 2 2 30 quests using a 12/86 weapon, or 3 3 3 45 quests using a 17/86 weapon.
Levels 46-55:Do 2 2 2 30 quests using a 15/86 weapon, or 3 3 3 45 quests using a 20/86 weapon
Levels 56-65:Do 2 2 2 30 quests using a 17/86 weapon, 3 3 3 45 quests using a 22/86 weapon, or 4 4 4 60 quests using a 25/86 weapon.
Levels 66-75:Do 2 2 2 30 quests using a 20/86 weapon, 3 3 3 45 quests using a 25/86 weapon, or 4 4 4 60 quests using a 28/86 weapon.
Levels 76-80:Do 2 2 2 30 quests using a 22/86 weapon, 3 3 3 45 quests using a 27/86 weapon, 4 4 4 60 quests using a 28/86 weapon, or 5 5 5 60 quests using a 32/86 weapon.
Levels 81+:Do 2 2 2 30 quests using a 22/86 weapon, 3 3 3 45 quests using a 30/86 weapon, 4 4 4 60 quests using a 30/86 weapon, or 5 5 5 60 quests using a 35/86 weapon.

Disclaimer:
This section is less accurate than Maximizing EXP and Stats, and you will lose quests more often, however when you win, you'll win a lot more DUT than normal.Always keep the quest's base atk, strg, and accy equal in order to get the most DUT from a quest.
