His name is Rusty (for the rusty stain on his coat) but there are several variations like Rústipher, Rústinger, Rústinger, Rustípherous, Russ ...
He came to Os Arcos sometime in 2007. Once he wandered as far as Eighth Avenue (pretty far from here), but now he has a PurrFect Fence and stays in the pen, happily. Here are some photos of him with the people:
