Dr. Duck-Ho Kim has been awarded the Duk Joo Kim Young Scientist Award (김덕주 신진과학자상) from Korean Physical Society (held in Daejeon, Republic of Korea). In order to honor the achievements of Professor Duk Joo Kim, who has gained world-class achievements in the field of condense matter physics and magnetism, the Duk Joo Kim Young Scientist Award was created by the Duk Joo Kim Award Fund Committee. The award is given to young physicists who are promising futures in the field of magnetism related to Professor Duk Joo Kim.
