Why? To build upon the true mission of the investments Tony, Team Zappos and his friends have worked so hard to get, to choose Downtown Las Vegas as the campus to allow EVERYONE to share the rewards. I am a Las Vegas native with deep inner wisdom and I knew that I had to do something ROC the Downtown Project before they became disenchanted by the gimme gimmes and beat down the momentum, even before Team Zappos moved here
I did this and made this commitment knowing that Team Zappos as a whole was not going to believe that Tony is not ONLY their fearless leader but all the entire Downtown Las Vegas fearless VISIONARY leader.
Over the past two years I have struggled big time by the contrast between the urgency of getting out of where I am at (homeless with two kids camping out on my moms coach and floor) and my lifetime mission to Live, to Love, to Learn, to Leave a Legacy and become a leader in #AIDSFREEGEN

- choosing to sell to Amazon and getting a 20 year lease signed on an RGG property,
- choosing Downtown Las Vegas vs taking the money and running and creating the Downtown Project Imagineers
- Including the community in the “campus” as a whole vs doing like Nike Town
- Supporting our fearless visionary leaders Tony, Fred, Willy, The Goodmans and many other

What are somethings I could do that would significantly improve the quality of Team Zappos Downtown Las Vegas experience?
So my first mission is to make sure Team Zappos has access to free condoms anytime, anyplace and in any element.
Second is how can I share all the knowledge Tony spent to educate, empower, inspire and motivate
