This page has winding information for the inductors and transformers that will need to be wound for the DSP-610 transceiver.
Inductors:
L1 - L4 are SMT components just solder them on.
L1 - L5 on the PA board are SMT components just solder them on.
L5, L6 and L7 are air-core wire-wound inductors consisting of 5 turns of bare #24 wire wrapped around a #1 (0.228", 5.8mm) drill bit the overall length of the inductor is 0.6" (1.5mm)

L8 - L21 are SMT components just solder them on.
L22 and L23 (L10 and L11 on the PA board) consist of 5 Turns (5", 130mm) of #22 enameled wire on a T50-6 Core, scraped and tinned
L24 and L25 (L7, L8 and L9 on the PA board) 7 Turns (6", 150mm) of #22 enameled wire on a T50-6 Core, scraped and tinned
L26 and L27 are SMT components just solder them on.
L6 on the PA board two loops of #18 wire through a BN43-202 Core. The wires are cut to 3" (75mm) each and stripped so that the insulation is 1 5/8" (65mm) long.
Transformers:
T1 his 2 windings on a FT37-43 toroid: the primary consists of 2 turns of #26 enameled wire, stripped and tinned; the secondary is 13T of #26 enameled wire. It's best to wind the secondary first then wind the primary over the secondary. Try to form the leads to match the pads in the PCB.

T2 consists of 4 windings. 2 windings each using 18" (450mm) of #30 Kynar wire, 10 turns, one winding through each hole in
a BN43-202 core. There are also 2 single turn windings of #22 teflon wire, one through each opening in the core. Detailed winding instruction can be found on the Hardrock-50 T3 winding instructions page.
T3 is wound an an RF Parts T-.75 core with 3 turns of #18 teflon wire (4 turns if its T3 on the PA Board). Detailed winding instruction can be found on the Hardrock-50 T2 winding instructions page This is what it looks like installed on a Hardrock-50 PCB.
