My name is Dr. Jeffrey Paul Wheeler, and I am a licensed chiropractor, who has been practicing for over 40 years. I am fortunate to continue the 60-year tradition set by my father, Dr. H. G. Wheeler. My parents purchased the "old Ford mansion" on Harrison Blvd. in Ogden the year I was born, and my father then turned it into Wheeler Chiropractic Center, where my older brother and I both joined him after we finished chiropractic school. My father practiced at this location, until he retired at 85 years of age. Wheeler Chiropractic Center is one of the oldest family run practices in Utah, and I am proud to still be working in the same building, to carry on the family tradition.

I have been married for over 40 years, and my wife and I are now currently living above my office, at Wheeler Chiropractic Center. We have 5 children and 8 grandchildren, who keep me very busy.

One very important thing I learned from my father, which has now become my mission statement, is to "help people when they need it, not just when it is convenient for the doctor". I remember countless trips making house calls with him, even late at night, and of course since our family home was above his office, he saw patients evenings, weekends or whenever they needed emergency help.

This is why I not only have regular daily hours, but I also make myself available evenings and weekends for anyone in need of chiropractic care - in my office, and now my home, at Wheeler Chiropractic Center. I want to be there for all of my patients, whenever they need me.

I have a strong aversion to “long term treatment plans” that keep a patient addicted to care they may not need. I refuse to sell my patients expensive prepaid treatment plans; therefore, my cash rate is always affordable.
