Code and Resources
1. ReSpect: This application extracts continuous and discrete relaxation spectra from dynamic viscoelastic measurements obtained from small-angle oscillatory shear experiments. The algorithms used are described in detail in the following paper:
Takeh A, Shanbhag S: A Computer Program to Extract the Continuous and Discrete Relaxation Spectra from Dynamic Viscoelastic Measurements, Appl. Rheol. 23 (2013) 24628.
Improved versions of the original method are now maintained (in python) on GitHub (pyReSpect-time and pyReSpect-freq)
2. Interconversion betweeen Prony series (PSI)
3. A repository of linear viscoelastic data on branched polymers (tar zipped file)
4. A collection of datasets and Fortran code for ecoSLM - fast slip link model.
5. My older FSU website has a repository of programs for undergraduate thermodynamics
6. It also houses some handy shell scripts
