Electro-optical micro stage set up:

Solar cells, crystal light emitting devices, film light emitting devices, LED devices.

It includes keithley meters, solar simulator, sensors, micro stage and microscope, which are controled by software.




PL, Abs. spectroscopy set up:

Ocean insight based set up to measure photoluminescence, Abs. It is set to combine with electro-optical micro stage set up.

Ion battery test system:

Land battery test system for Li ion battery and other energy storage system.

Freeze dryer
