See below for information about three ways to access SPSS...
1) On campus -- Free and reliable, but not as convenient.
All computers in the LA building and Cook Library have SPSS on them.
Click here for a schedule of when the LA building computer labs are open.
2) At home -- Convenient and reliable, but not free.
You can buy and install the SPSS GradPack on two computers.
- For PSYC 212, I recommend the Base version for six months ($40).
- For PSYC 687, I recommend the Standard version for 12 months ($85).
3) Online -- Free and convenient, but not as reliable.
Using your TU NetID, you can access SPSS through the Virtual Workspace.
If you do, it is your responsibility to troubleshoot any problems that arise.
Technical issues will not be accepted as an excuse for late assignments.
Note: You can also check out JASP, a free program that is similar to SPSS.
