Dr. Julia S. Fuller holds a B.S. and M.A. in Elementary Education and an Ed.S. in Instructional Technology from the University of South Florida. She earned her Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialty in Educational Technology from the University of Florida. Dr. Fuller's experience includes teaching at the elementary level and in a K-5 science lab setting. In her seven years as a district-level Instructional Technology Specialist, she facilitated face-to-face and blended trainings and worked with teachers to integrate technology for improving student performance. Dr. Fuller was appointed as an Assistant Professor of Instructional Technology at Kennesaw State University in June of 2013 and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2018. In this position she teaches online graduate courses for the department, as well as undergraduate technology integration courses. Dr. Fuller holds Georgia educator certification in Instructional Technology.
