Syrup Recofast 5 ml upto 8 hourly primarily running nose
Syrup Lastuss -LA 5 ml upto 8 hourly Bad dry cough
Syrup Ventorlin 5 ml upto 8 hourly wheezing or noctural bronchitic cough
Syrup Augmentin Duo 6 ml 12 hourly antibiotic for bacterial throat infection
Syrup Taxim O 6 ml 12 hourly antibiotic for loose stools if mucus or blood is present
Syrup Domstal 3 ml 8 hourly Vomiting
Syrup Ondem 5 ml 8 hourly Vomiting not controlled on domstal
Syrup Nutrolin B 5 ml 12 hourly Mild loose stools
Darolac sachet 1 12 hourly  frequent watery loose stools 
Electral sachet 50 ml per loose stool frequent loose stools> once in 3 hours for maintaining hydration
Racetril-15 sachet 1 12 hourly frequent loose stools> once in 2 hours
Syrup Cyclopam 3 ml 8 hourly Stomach cramps
Tab Histac-EVT 1/4 tab 12 hourly Acidity or pain just below sternum
Nasivion nasal drops 2 drops both nostrils  12 hourly nasal block or nose bleed
Duonase nasal spray 2 puffs both nostrils 12 hourly in case earlier problem recurrs
Syrup Allerid 5ml  12 hourly Alergic reaction to anything
Oint Bactroban To be applied locally 3 times per day  bacterial skin infection
Oint Micogel To be applied locally 3 times per day  fungal skin infection
Oint Flutivate To be applied locally 3 times per day  Skin allergy
Savlon  To clean wound in case of injury
Band Aid or Handyplast
Cotton
Bandage
