Code of Conduct: Your instructor adheres strictly to the mandatory DVSA Driving Instructor Code of Practice.

Fees: Lesson prices and duration are agreed prior to booking.
Payment: Payments for single lessons or block packages must be made in advance. All pre-paid funds are securely accounted for.
Cancellation Policy:
You must give at least [e.g., 48 hours] notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson without charge.
Cancellations made with less than [48 hours] notice will be charged at the full lesson rate.
If the instructor needs to cancel a lesson due to vehicle breakdown, extreme weather, or emergency, an alternative time will be offered, or the fee credited.
Refund Policy: Refunds for unused pre-paid block lessons will be processed upon request, minus any lessons already taken (which will be recalculated at the standard single-lesson rate).
4. Vehicle & Mobile Phone Policy
Vehicle Safety: Tuition is provided in a clean, roadworthy, dual-controlled vehicle fitted with an extra interior rear-view mirror and L plates (or D plates where required).

5. Driving Tests
Booking Tests: In line with DVSA regulations, pupils must book and manage their own driving test appointments.
Test Readiness: The instructor reserves the right to withhold the use of their vehicle for a practical driving test if, in their professional judgment, the pupil has not reached a safe, test-ready standard.
Test Day: Agreement on vehicle hire for the test date must be arranged between instructor and pupil in advance.
6. Safeguarding & Professional Boundaries
Professional Conduct: The instructor will treat all pupils with respect, fairness, and consideration regardless of background or protected characteristics.
Boundaries: The instructor maintains strict professional boundaries at all times. Sexual, romantic, or inappropriate communication (in person, by text, or on social media) is strictly forbidden. Physical contact is limited strictly to safety interventions.
