The R scripts are contained in an R executable file. These scripts were developed for a Mac and may need slight alterations to run on a Windows platform.

The code contained in this file was developed from a variety of sources. Please see executable file for reference to citations.

Before running the R executable file, be sure to download the vegan and scatterplot3d packages.

The first lines of code are for loading matrices into R for analysis. Make sure to change these numbers with your own matrix values.

Other lines of code will require changes as designated in the notes after the "#." Please note: the file was designed for users already familiar with R.
