A few years ago a new "Helping people" profession began to emerge, and is finding great public acceptance with 1,000's of ordinary people world-wide. Pressures from to-day's society and lack of stability and predictability makes coaching a sought after area. It is a tool for helping people from all walks of life with relationships, parenting, career and professional fields etc. etc. Many people are wanting their own life coach to guide them to find, in the future their own personal fulfillment of their innate, human potential.
Reiki Healing
Reiki, (pronounced Ray-Key), the Universal life force energy, is a system of natural healing involving the laying on of hands, and is probably thousands of years old. It is believed that the technique was first used by Tibetan Buddhist monks and was rediscovered in the 1800's by a Japanese doctor, Mikao Usui.
The Usui system of Reiki is a very simple, but powerful healing technique that is easily given, and received, by anyone. The actual words 'Rei' and 'Ki' are thought to originate from 'Raku-Kei' and are from the Japanese language. Raku is the vertical energy flow, and Ki is the horizontal energy flow through the body. Raku-Kei is the art and science of self improvement used by the ancient Tibetan Lamas dating back thousands of years.

Crystals take millions of years to form. Crystal healers believe that crystals are natural healing tools. Man has already possessed the knowledge for the use of crystals and to compliment the energies being channeled through healers for thousands of years. The ancients Atlanteans were a great civilisation who used crystals for natural healing to help heal, balance and attune the body, mind and spirit energies. The highly civilised Atlanteans used quartz and other gems for Healing, to balance the body and bring health. Unfortunately because of the Atlantean's misuse of the crystals their knowledge was lost. Quartz (or rock crystal as it is also known as) can be found all over the earth-it being the most abundant mineral with many cultures & civilisations mentioning the use of quartz in their histories.
Quartz has an energy 'beat' and this is why it is used in watches etc. But, like electricity and magnetism which we mostly understand, the crystals seem to have this natural force which we have as yet to fully understand; but we know they are of great benefit in healing and as conductors of subtle, or psychic energies, crystals can help to heal and bring a human back to healthy vibrations because of the changeable body's tendency to come into harmony with the more constant frequencies and harmonious vibrations of crystals. So, crystal healing helps balance and harmonise every aspect of ourselves and our Chakras to bring equal body and mental health and happiness, internally and externally. Crystal practitioners use crystals and gem stones on the body together with healing to balance mind, body and spirit. Special training is needed to do this treatment. A healer is a link in the chain of healing and cannot predict the outcome of the healing session. One treatment can help start to loosen any blockages, resulting in a feeling of well being.
