AS a psychoanalyst and psychologist, I believe we all can benefit from some therapeutic treatment. Psychoanalysis and psychotherapy on the one hand are therapeutic tools, on the other, means for self-discovery, finding out who we are and who we are meant to be. The psychoanalyst and the patient work together to find the meaning of the patient’s experience, even of the symptoms. As human beings, we have the need to communicate with others and to be understood. This collaborative endeavor between the analytic pair results in relief of distress and debilitating symptoms, while also leading to the patient’s emotional growth and development.

I provide psychoanalytic and psychotherapeutic services to adolescents and adults in individual, couples, and family therapy.
