I worked as Program Chair of College of Engineering at HCT Ruwais campus, which granted me the luxury to entertain working in close partnership with both the Executive and Associate Dean for Faculty of Engineering to facilitate faculty development and research efforts. Moreover, working as Program Academic Committee (PAC) co-chair, I worked for the continued excellence and evolution of the undergraduate engineering programs by participating in updating and upgrading the undergraduate curricula. I have also looked at all matters that affect the student experience, in the form of work placement, curriculum development, extracurricular activities like forming student clubs and chapters, and advising. In addition, I worked on the postgraduate services, like helping recruit students in local companies.
