Domenico Vitali was born the 6st of Novembre 1980
Domenico Vitali got his PhD degree in 2012 at Dipartimento di Informatica of Università degli studi di Roma "La Sapienza" under the supervisor of prof. Luigi V. Mancini.. His phd thesis is titled: "On the cyber security issues of the Internet Infrastructure"
He achieved the bachelor and master degree in Computer Science in 2006 and 2008 respectively. Currently, he is a member of the
ICSecurity Group. He participated in the European ExTraBIRE project and worked with the CASPUR consortium.
He is a technician at Università degli studi di Roma "La Sapienza".
His main research interests include: networking and security, privacy, secure protocols for wireless sensor networks, intrusion detection system, embedded devices, operating systems network and security, network data obfuscation.
Domenico prefers GNU/Linux Operating Systems and continuously works with Debian OS.
