Dolors Font-Rotchés is a Lecturer at the Department of Linguistics, Sciences and Mathematics Education at the  University of Barcelona. 

She is a member of the Research Group on Intonation and Speech (GREP) at the Laboratory of Applied Phonetics (http://www.ub.edu/lfa/). She conducts research on prosody, phonetics and intonation analysis of languages and interlanguages, such as Spanish and Catalan. 

As a member of the DIDAL group (Dynamics of Teaching Innovation for Language Learning), she has implemented the pronunciation models of Catalan for students of the Faculty of Education, using e-portfolios, ITC (Information and Communication Technology) and Mobile Learning. She has also made didactic videos about sound pronunciation and effective speech.
