Welcome to the world of Dolce Mia. Although my own baking journey began many years ago at the encouragement and inspiration of my Mediterranean grandmothers, I decided to sell some of my favorite delicacies in order to support my daughter Gianna in her figure skating. I thank my Italian mother-in-law for sharing the art of baking biscotti and I thank my grandmothers for teaching me to bake by the feel of the batter rather than the measurements of the recipe. Hopefully, my passion and hard work will encourage Gianna to reach for her own goals. Now that Gianna is finished with the figure skating chapter of her life, my efforts will support her nursing degree from the University of Iowa. We are so proud of our daughter. Dolce Mia Biscotti are made using nutritious ingredients like fresh eggs, organic butter and freshly chopped nuts. When stored in a glass jar or metal tin, biscotti will last for months. They are great option when you want something sweet without all of the chemicals and additives found in most baked goods.

Dolce Mia Biscotti are made to order (and only a phone call or email away). Last minute orders can often be filled in as little as 15 minutes.
