House Rules

- No walking on sand dunes. Dunes are right off the front deck. Please keep children off dunes at all times!

- No smoking in the house at any time

- No Pets

- All trash to be placed in dumpster by the marina

- No driving on the beach. Vehicle is for use between house and airport / marina only

- House to be thoroughly cleaned, dishes washed, linens washed, and bed made prior to departure.

- Check out is 12 PM

Failure to follow house rules will result in loss of deposit
