Larisa Segida (Лариса Сегида) was born in Russia where she obtained her Master’s in Philosophy. In Canada where she resides with her family, she earned her Master's and PhD in Education. 

She writes in English and Russian. Also, she is a certified Canadian interpreter and translator in the Russian to English and English to Russian language groups.

Larisa is a professional musician who released 5 solo albums and the albums "Earth's Songs" (2018), "IgLa" (2017) and  “MW” (2015) in collaboration with Chapman stick virtuoso Igor Kornil.
