The following links were created by our 4th graders to inform the public of the surprisingly dangerous levels of noise that our population is increasingly being exposed. The goal of our work has been to inform people about how the ear works, how sound is measured, how those sound levels affect our hearing, and what we can do to mitigate the potentially damaging levels of sound that we regularly experience in our environment.
