John Tustin

The material found here is taken from the scrapbooks assembled by John Tustin (me) during my time in the Territorial Army (1973 - 1999). It was the main resource for "26 years - a yeoman" - an account of my passage from Trooper to Lieutenant Colonel.

Many of the items are personal and administrative papers along with photographs - too many to include in "26 years - a yeoman"

The documents mark the experiences, ups and downs of service in a Home Defence (HD) unit and include assessments of my personal performances on exercises in the Cold War. The reports are written by my superiors on Exercises and by Directing Staff on the many Army courses. As you will see there are no punches pulled!

Many personal service reports and Post Exercise Reports (PXR) can be accessed in the associated Google Drive by clicking on file title in the box. There are also 5 assorted photographs which seemed to have found their way in there.
