Don Millard is the Directorate Head of the Engineering Directorate at the National Science Foundation (NSF). He has served NSF in a number of roles, as a Deputy Assistant Director, Division Director, Deputy Division Director and Program Director -- involved with the Engineering Research Centers (ERC) program, Advanced Technology Education (ATE) program, Math and Science Partnership (MSP) program, NSF INCLUDES program, and Transforming Undergraduate Education in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (TUES) program (as the program lead). He also served as a founder of the  Innovation Corps (I-Corps) and  EHR Core Research (ECR) programs.
