Chester Bennington's passing last year was the first celebrity death that really hit me hard. Linkin Park are one of my favorite bands of all-time and the band that got me into heavier rock, rap, and mash-ups. Their hybrid style is why I still do mash-ups today. Mike's "Post Traumatic" album is such a raw and powerful album that I wanted to try to capture that with this project and put my own spin on it by combining it with one of my favorite albums, BT's "This Binary Universe". I hope I did Mike's album proud.
