One of my favorite things about these kits is seeing other people learning from them. I've been fortunate to have supplied kits to severial makerspaces and universities.

A Dutch group - waag technology and society has built severial kits to evaluate for there Gammasense project. It is a network of citizens to help measure radioactive radiation. The current blog entry is here.
A French hackerspace, Leloop, got together to build 14 Geiger Kits. The participants ranged in age from 13 year old Cécile, on up. I'm happy to say that I heard that all the builds were successful and that they had a good time. Congratulations to Leloop, and thank you! The pictures below show some of the build activities.
