2. Meet

We will make contact with you to discuss the essentials like urgency, timeframe, background. We will setup a date to meet with you if required.

3. Plan

We are qualified Project managers (Prince2 Practitioner) and can help lead you through the activities and steps involved in completing your task.

4. Undertake work

We will work to the agreed schedule, keeping you informed in between. We will ensure you are happy with the outcome. Billing is upon satisfactory completion of work.

Typical work undertaken

Maintenance or update of website. Typically WordPress, SharePoint, Salesforce, Google Sites, or other low-cost hosting platforms suit our clients. We also can build in HTML, CSS and client-side scripting, if required.
Update, enhancement or creation of a corporate logo. Small graphics design tasks (eg preparing an advert for a paper or website)
Helping on a project or campaign. E.g. the IT to support an event: mailings, mailshots, social media engagement, advertising creation and promotion.
Consultancy or advisory on Options. If you know you need to do something but are not sure how to achieve it we can talk you through options and provide a summary of the choices, and benefits or risks of each option. If your budget is low and you are not sure how to proceed then we can provide guidance to help you meet your objective.
One off commissions, eg creating a Presentation (example), analysis of data or interpretation of data sets (example).
Development of content, authoring or proofing. We have created Press Releases, as well as promotional materials. We can check, re-word or create a bespoke article for your latest campaign.
