Around the world many people have intensively consumed everything that technology can offer. Furthermore, there are great people who spend much time and effort to give the best apps to all of us. These professionals can be found all over the world, however, I am going to specifically discuss Brazil, which is considered one of the major exporters of IT professionals to others countries. There are many reasons why this is the case.
First of all, it is of paramount importance to realize that the IT market in Brazil is a bit different than that of other countries. Due to being a continental county, the regions have different compartmental rules. In São Paulo, for instance, which is the capital of technology in Brazil, the competition among companies for customers and, consequently, for the best professionals is extreme, in contrast that in others regions, such as North East, the government is the major client and the companies have to negotiate for the cheapest price. As a result, there are low salaries and the best professionals normally move to São Paulo city to look for better job opportunities and conditions.
Facing this reality, it is essential to cite the pressure for results that IT professionals suffer in Brazil. They are challenged not only by companies but also by themselves to became better and better. One clear example is that in order to be just an ordinary IT professional it is necessary to have at least a postgraduate degree, in addition to countless certifications and extra curriculum courses. All of this is required to simply keep updated and consequently to guarantee a job, because in Brazil if a professional stops studying and the qualifications became outdated, they likely will lost their position.
This competitive environment motivate Brazilians to undergo professional development. Brazilians do not wait for companies to pay for courses and qualifications, Brazilians make it happen. In addition, they learn to absorb pressure and to stay motivated to develop themselves professionally dodging adversity and delivering results.
The movement of Brazilians from North East to São Paulo to look for better job conditions has become the same route taken by Brazilians around the world. With them they have taken perseverance, confidence, motivation and experience, because to be a regular IT professional in Brazil, it is necessary to know about all fields and all news about technological developments happening right now. The competition between companies has turned the Brazilian market into one of the most highly technologically. In the world, Brazilians IT workers can work alongside others technology professionals around world.
