: On the document with the table and hyperlinks to documents, you have one column for subject and one for issue - what is the difference in these two columns?
Answer - this is a decision to be made by the attorney. If he wants a legal issue mentioned, such as 'forgery' then the subject would be initials and the legal issue would be forgery. Legal issues for the case might be given to the paralegal to type in such a column, but it does take some litigation experience to identify the legal issue in the testimony. Otherwise the word issue maybe just a topic to be discussed.
