I am an Associate Professor (now on a leave) at Universidad Politecnica de Madrid UPM and researcher at Intelligent Control Group, a research group located at DISAM laboratory in Madrid, Spain, belonging to the Center for Automation and Robotics CAR UPM-CSIC.

My main research interests are Mobile Robots Navigation, specifically Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM), but I have been involved in different kind of robotics and industrial projects.
