Tancredi Rino is a Ph.D. student in Modeling and Engineering Risk and Complexity at Scuola Superiore Meridionale.
He has a bachelor degree in Mathematics and a master degree in Mathematical Engineering, both at University of Naples "Federico II". He completed a thesis on "Periodic feedback control of soil toxicity to enhance biomass yield" under the supervision of Dr. Davide Fiore.
His research focus is about studying complex ecological systems, as the food web. In particular, he is currently working on the effects of toxicity in ecological systems and regulating composition via control strategies in bioreactors. His Ph.D. project is developed under the supervision of Dr. Davide Fiore, prof. Francesco Giannino, and prof. Mario di Bernardo.
