Cinzia Tomaselli received the Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering and the Master's degree in Automation Engineering and Control of Complex Systems from the University of Catania, Italy, in 2019 and 2021, respectively.
She obtained the Ph.D. degree in Systems, Energy, Computer and Telecommunications Engineering from the same university in 2024, under the supervision of Prof. Mattia Frasca and Prof. Lucia Valentina Gambuzza. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Scuola Superiore Meridionale in Naples, Italy, under the supervision of Prof. Mario Di Bernardo.
Her research interests include the analysis and control of multi-agent systems, focusing on collective behaviors emerging from and influenced by the underlying interaction network, as well as active control strategies such as shepherding, with applications in swarm robotics.
