Three days before play email Team Rosters sheets to include Names, GHIN#, Index, Converted Handicaps, and a copy of the GHIN differential sequential listing to the host team captain.
Remind Clubs to have all golf bags tagged with Club Name and Team Letter.

Hosting Responsibilities
1. Confirm with Club Management:
a. Date and time of hosting
b. Lunch Menu and what breakfast or snacks might be offered
c. Registration table set up at entry
d. Microphone in Luncheon Area
2. Hostess Arrangements:
a. Arrange for two hostesses at the entry registration table to collect checks, hand out scorecards, scoring sheets and conditions of play sheets with any local rules, indicating special circumstances
b. Have on hand a conversion sheet for handicaps
c. Provide extra captains scoring sheets and extra roster sheets at the check-in table
3. Scoring:
a. A verbal summary of the day's results will be shared during lunch by the host team
b. If you are hosting the final match of the season, you will provide a scoreboard that includes the final results of the year. Work with the scoring chair to obtain the current standings and have your pro set up the scoreboard for adding the final match.
4. Confirm with Pro Shop:
a. Sufficient bag handlers to expedite incoming and outgoing players
b. Tees are on the monuments and play is from the tees used by the lower handicapped women players of your club
c. Directional signs are posted from greens to tees where needed.
d. All ground under repair is marked with white paint.
e. Starter will make any announcements and direct players to their starting holes 15 minutes prior to starting time.
f. Pilots are available to escort players to their assigned tees.
g. Each cart is equipped with cart sign identifying team club name, team number and assigned tee, an extra scorecard and two pencils.
h. Copies of the Order of Play sheet are available for the playing captains when they arrive.
i. Rangers are available to monitor speed of play.
j. Sufficient number of carts to accommodate all players.
