I am a Professor (Assoc.) of FinTech and Banking at Sofia University, Director of CEE Centre for Digital Finance, Vice-President of FEBA Alumni Club and Director Alumni Relations of FEBA Career Center. Previously, I have held positions at Bonn University, Goethe University Frankfurt and the University of Mainz.
My research interests lie in the fields of FinTech and Digitalization, Financial Economics, Bank Resolution, Banking Regulation, Banking and Financial Stability and International Finance. My current work focuses on FinTech and Digitalization, banking regulation and measuring systemic risk in the financial system. You can find more about my research here.
