Motorcycles

I've been a motorcycle nut seems like forever. My Dad wouldn't let me have a motorcycle growing up but I had friends that let me ride their mini-bikes, motorcycles and I even helped cobble together a bicycle powered by Briggs and Stratton and a direct v-belt drive, no brakes and no twist grip, but the carb throttle was within easy reach while sitting on the seat.

My first motorcycle was a 1969 Honda CB160. Bought it when I was 17 and kept it hidden at my brother's house from my Dad till I was 18 because he wouldn't allow it. While still 17, I bought a wrecked 1971 CL350 Honda (scrambler model) and kept it at my brother's house, fixed that up and rode it for quite a while.

I did a lot of trail riding with friends after moving to Casper in 1980. I rode the Rocky Mountain Enduro Circuit late 80's and early 90's.

I started riding Trials around 1993 and have found this to be the most satisfying.
