WHAT IT IS
DEPENDENCE P&E is a mailing list intended to keep subscribers updated about the last developments in the field of Dependence Modeling. Subscribers will post announcements about new working/published papers and forthcoming talks/events in the field. All subscribed users will receive moderated posts via email. Note that Posting of open positions is not allowed.
WHAT IT COVERS
DEPENDENCE P&E covers multivariate dependence modeling and its applications in science, engineering, economics, finance, insurance and other fields. Typical topics include (but are not limited to): Copula methods, Estimation and goodness-of-fit tests, Extreme-value theory, Limit laws, Mass Transportations, Measures of association, Multivariate distributions and tests, Quantitative Risk Management, Risk models, Risk measures and stochastic orders, Time series.

HOW TO POST A PAPER (for subscribers)
From the registered web address write an email to dependenceATfreelists.org with as Subject the Title of the Paper.
The body of the email should contain the full reference to the paper and a web-link for the download (DOI if available).
Please be concise (typically one can retrieve any additional info and the abstract from the working web-link). After admin's approval, your post will be published. Only papers recently submitted/published will be accepted. The same paper can only be posted twice (at submission and at publication). A working web-link is mandatory.
HOW TO POST AN EVENT (for subscribers)
From the registered web address write an email to dependenceATfreelists.org with as Subject the Name of the Event or its Place (Country) and Date. The body of the email should contain the Title of the Event (Talk/Workshop/Conference/etc…), the Place (Country) and Date and the web-link for the event. Please be concise (typically one can retrieve any additional info from the working web-link). After admin's approval, your post will be published. Only future events can be posted. The same event can only be posted twice (with one reminder). A working web-link is mandatory for conferences.
ADVANCED SETTINGS
You can directly manage your subscription from the form User Options available here. Use Digest On is you want to receive a daily summary of all announcements. Use Vacation On if you do not want to receive posts when you are away (but remember to turn Vacation Off when back to work).
ARCHIVE AND RSS FEED
You can access here the mailing list archive and search for past announcements. You can also use our RSS feed to display posts in your own website or receive automatic posting on your laptop/mobile via a third-party RSS notifier.

How can I (un)subscribe from this mailing list? Just send an email to giovanni.puccettiATunimi.it with Subject='(un)subscribe'. You are not subscribed until you receive a confirmation (usually within 24 hrs). Why the post I inserted does not appear? Please check that your email does not use several different aliases. Make sure you subscribed with the right alias. Who has access to my email? Only the administrator of the mailing list can see the list of subscribed users. The list of emails will be used only within the scope of this mailing list and third parties will never have access to it. Will I be always allowed to unsubscribe? Yes, you can unsubscribe at any moment just by sending an email to giovanni.puccettiATunimi.it with Subject='Unsubscribe'.
