I am a financial economist at the Cornerstone Research. I deal with complex matters in financial litigation regarding, for example, securities class actions, SEC enforcement, corporate governance, market manipulation, and valuation.

I conduct academic research in corporate finance and corporate bond pricing. My recent research focuses on correcting for measurement error in empirical corporate finance models and pricing corporate bonds in international markets. My research has been published at leading finance/economics journals (JFQA, JMCB, JIMF, Energy Economics, etc.).

I am an Adjunct Professor of Finance at the Lang School of Business at the University of Guelph, Canada, and teach corporate finance to LLMs at the Osgoode Hall Law School at the York University, Canada. I have been a PI/co-PI of multiple research grants supported by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) of Canada since 2018 and served on the Economics Adjudication Committee for the SSHRC Insight Grant in 2021-22.
