  • 1990-1993 : Full Professor at ENS-Cachan (Ecole Normale Supérieure de  Cachan)
  • 1993-2013: Research Director at CNRS at the Institute of Mathematics of Toulouse
  • 2013-present: Chair Professor in Applied Mathematics, Imperial College London
