How to join
We believe that the most important decision for an airline company is what will be the airplane, they trust to build operation on.
the best airplane must meet a lot of requirements:
- best size for Fseconomy routes;
- best cost/income ratio;
- quality models are available (PMDG or Carenado)
our choice is Beechcraft, where we own variants as King Air 350 and 1900D
DVA is operating charter services between many pair of FBOs in US and Europe This way we can ensure you can fly in different environments, and with maximum profit.
The airplanes and assigned FBO pairs created currently:

Pilot earnings consist the followings at DVA:
- pilot base payment per mile
- bi-weekly base bonus
- bi-weekly performance bonus
- DVA stocks
- DVA stock dividends
Payments in numbers:
- base payment per mile
KA350 - 40v$ per mile flown
B1900D - 60v$ per mile flown
- bi-weekly base bonus
defined by the company based on company performance, the 30% of the overall bonus pool
- bi-weekly performance bonus
defined by the company based on company performance, the 70% of the overall bonus pool
- DVA stocks
each DVA stock received has a default value as 1,000 v$ which can be traded on fse market or can be sold to DVA at the default price
- DVA stock dividends
bi-weekly payouts per stock, amount decided by the company based on company performance
- try to fly the routes with fully loaded airplane - any passenger missing is a loss to the company
- the required number of passengers in special cases can be less than fully load (the minimum is fully load -3 passenger):
* if you see that all jobs are generated and the location will never have the reuired amount of passenger AND
* you see that the leg flown opposite way back can be a fully loaded one
Capacity management is a common interest. The best way we are using our planes, the more bonus / stock payout the company can provide to it's pilots.
- if possible please do not fill or leave a plan with fuel above 50%
- airplanes can be used only on the FBO pairs provided
- "one way" flights are fine - or even better because of the type of operation, you don't have to fly back to the starting point. If there's enough passenger from A to B it is fine to leave plane at B till there's enough jobs later to fly back to A, which can be done even by an other DVA pilot
- booking: please have booked max 2 routes at any given time, where A to B and B to A at a given location is calculated as 2 routes
- airport Q35 is D68 in FSX, KJTC in new simulators like MSFS
- airport EPRZ: please pay attention, next airport EPRJ is only 1 nm away from here. Park the plane on the east side of airport - you can avoid this way to have your flight logged to EPRJ
- airport 0nm7 is a grass one - pay attention to takeoffs and landings
DVA is happy to announce that a new stock system is introduced where target is to benefit our pilots and stock owners to get a share from the company. Stock owner can be anybody in FSE even without flying for the company - but it's limited how stocks are generated and how you can trade them. Apart from stocks value, company will pay dividend as well depending on company performance.
Will it affect DVA pilot payments?
In general the answer is no, they will get the payments similarly every two weeks as they received till now, as per the reports posted on the forum. So don't be afraid, if you want just fly simply to earn and don't want to deal with the stocks - you can still do it the same way. Only difference is that if you fly even more, you might see later that you own some stocks generating some dividend for you - as a plus above your pilot income.
How stocks are generated?
Stocks can be generated by DVA pilots. At each financial period (every two weeks) pilots will receive stocks completing every 5th flight at WDS:
3 flights - 0 stocks
5 flights - 1 stocks
12 flights - 2 stocks
26 flights - 5 stocks.... etc
Company buybacks as rule
In order to limit the number of stocks on the market, DVA will have an option to buy your stock at the default price, at a given date.
When you receive a stock, it will have a name - which will show the option when DVA can (and will) buy your stock without further notice.
See more details in stock naming.
Stock naming
Each stock will have a name which will refer to the date, when DVA will have the option to buy it - removing it from the market.
Example:
SDVA - Q2.2021 this stock will have a DVA buy option at 30th of June, 2021
SDVA - Q3.2022 this stock will have a DVA buy option at 30th of Sept, 2022
What is the value of the stock?
We will see how it goes on the market as these stocks are free to trade as well. There will be a base value of the stock - 1,000 v$ - which means any stock at any time can be sold back to the company at this price.
What can I do with a stock?
You can:
- keep it for future company dividend, these are posted and paid in every two weeks in the DVA biweekly reports (you can see already them in the forum)
- trade it: you can sell it to anybody in fse
- selling back it to DVA: at any time DVA will buy it back at 1,000 v$ per stock
How can I trade it?
The trade itself can happen on any way as in general fse assets are traded. You can ad it for sale on the forum, you can agree even on a pm, etc
Since the stock is inventoried on DVA site only, it is important:
If any of the stock is traded, the seller must send a pm to 'bergerke' about the trade. It's up to the seller and buyer if they let me know the price as well. If they let me know, I will post it as information in the biweekly report, if not the it will be stated as unknown. When I made the transaction based on seller's instruction, I will send a pm to the buyer as confirmation.
How do I know how much stock I own?
DVA is already posting every 2 weeks the company earnings and pilot payments, these posts from now on will contain the number of stocks owned out of the company as well, including the divident paid for the given period.
Also a stock inventory will be maintained on this site.
What happens with stocks traded back to DVA before the DVA buying option?
When DVA buy back stocks, the company will decide it's future, considering the pilots interest as number one priority. Actions on sold stocks to WDS can be:
- the company delete them from the books, simply to raise the value of the stocks on the market
- keep them to raise some additional funds for the company via dividend
- selling the stock back to market, via auction
Important since the goal of company was not the money as it was never before, decisions in the end are always made in the interest of our pilots.
Send a pm to 'bergerke' stating that you understood our operational rules and you are ready to follow them - and I will send you an invite.
thanks
