Welcome to my personal page!

I am a Young Professional (Economist) at the World Bank (Washington DC) in the Finance, Competitiveness and Innovation Global Practice. I work on private sector interventions targeting Small and Medium Enterprises, and social, youth and women entrepreneurship.

Prior to that, I worked as postdoctoral fellow at Stanford University on the Transparency Accountability and Citizen Engagement (TRACE) Initiative for West-Africa at the Stanford Institute for Policy and Economic Research (SIEPR). This initiative studies how to increase communities' ownership (and oversight) of public services in order to improve the quality of those services for populations.

I obtained my PhD in development economics at Aix Marseille School of Economics (AMSE) in France. My research focuses on Institutions and Development. I have especially worked on Non-Profit Organizations' behavior in development projects, beneficiaries' behavior, and corruption in public goods provision. I have also studied the efficiency of aid channels such as project aid and budget support. My research involves both experimental and theoretical methods.
