Hi, my name is Andreas Dechant.

I am a theoretical physicist and my main area of research is non-equilibrium statistical physics, in particular anomalous diffusion, stochastic processes and the connection to thermodynamics and information theory.

Currently, I am working as an associate professor in the group of Prof. Sasa at Kyoto University.
