Hello -

I began my career with the world-renowned, cross-cultural and educational program, Up With People. For five years I traveled the world, ending my tenure as a Student Programs Manager, leading staff training seminars, managing the educational component and student career development for this international leadership program. Following Up With People, I worked in business with colleges and universities helping families financially plan their tuition finances.

While pursuing my masters in education at Nova Southeastern University, I began working for businesses in Florida as a business development consultant. With a background in Project Management, I was fortunate to be a part of projects such as Design Miami05, The Super Show, and numerous educational trade shows. I was also the lead Project Manager on the building of the Ritz-Carlton (formally St. Regis) on Ft. Lauderdale beach under the late John McDonald.

For five years, I was a consultant and lead trainer for Academic Innovations. I traveled the whole United States leading hundreds of training sessions, developed new components in the training process, increased the expansion of their sales goals and even directed a documentary for Academic Innovations. In 2011, I returned to New England to help launch the start up Nalari Health. As Director of Training and Business Development, I helped mold the curriculum to train our staff on product sales, development of new technology, and working within the healthcare field.

In my spare time, I am an avid traveler and I love the outdoors. Snowboarding, surfing and running are my passions!

Dean
