今までの豊富な経験を生かして、生徒さんの年齢、レベル、興味に合わせたレッスンをクリエイトするよう心がけています。
講師歴いくつかの大きな英会話学校で学生をはじめ子供から大人まで様々な年齢層に初歩からビジネスイングリッシュまでいろいろなレベルの英語を教える。
後に外資系会社では英語トレーニング部門においてヘッドとしてTOEIC レゼンテーションを中心と
したカリキュラム作成そしてレッスンに携わる。メジャーな航空会社の下、キャビンアテンダントを対象としたを作成そして指導にあたる。また同社のアカデミースクールにおいて多くの帰国子女を長年指導する。
現在は数人からスタートしたDavid's English Schoolでのアットホームな環境の中で個人的に指導しています。
以前は船長として大きな船に乗り、大海原を航海していました。初めて日本を訪れたのも船に乗ってです。今でも好きな事というと、海と関連しています。英国籍の客船で共に働いた長子先生とは今でも船旅（クルージング）を楽しんでいます。

David enjoys teaching in Japan and his strong points would be the experience and flexibility that enable him to design courses that are tailor made to suit students of different ages, levels, and interests.
David's training and foundation in teaching were with a large Japanese institution where he gained experience teaching college students, conversation classes of all age groups and levels, and business english.
Later experience included a number of years designing courses and heading the English language
training department of a large company, where the business english courses concentrated on TOEIC and presentation skills.
For a large Japanese airline company, David designed and taught courses for their cabin attendants, and also, at the airline's academy, he designed and taught courses for returnee children.
Starting with a few private students, David's English School has grown, so that David is now fully occupied teaching there.
When David is not teaching, he mostly enjoys activities connected with his life long love of the sea. It was the same interest that resulted in David qualifying as a Ship's Captain which enabled him to visit Japan when he was a Navigation Officer on British passenger ships

Nagako is an experienced professional English teacher whose experience and strength is in understanding the needs of younger school age students, and with adults who are just beginning to study English, who may occasionally need a little explanation in Japanese.
