Thanks for your interest in my research! I'm an interdisciplinary environmental philosopher researching how values and ethical/political commitments are embedded within the methodologies and theories of environmental sciences like conservation biology, climate science, environmental economics, and environmental health research. I also collaborate with ecologists and other environmental scientists on projects in conservation biology, disease ecology, and invasion biology.
My current research focuses on philosophical controversies about invasive species, the ethics and economics of the Green New Deal, and the ethics of environmental health research. See, for example, my recent public talks on "Invasion Biology and the Ethics of Biodiversity" and "Cooperation."
